Carmina is a highly experimental (and very classified) fully-functional portable nanite manipulator. In the absence of a prepared fabrication program, Carmina overrides the behavior of nearby nanites, summoning them to itself until a mass of 'nano-matter' is formed. This nano-matter constantly shifts and reforms until given new protocols. Jagged, sharp, and dense, Carmina punctures heavily reinforced materials with ease.

This weapon is formed from crystallized nanites, with a molecularly-sharpened edge able to cut through almost anything. Certain nanofied life-forms can grow this as a limb, so that even slight movements can explode into deadly force.

The blade of this weapon retracts when not in use, but as soon as danger is near, the blade extrudes itself from the shaft. Precise strikes with this spear can penetrate many kinds of armor, and spreads aggressive nanites in open wounds.

Acolytes of the Spark who have proven their zeal and devotion are awarded symbolic spears. This weapon can not only pierce armor, it can also deal electrical shocks meant to paralyze opponents, bringing the unwilling closer to true communion with the Spark.

The GAIA series serves as equipment for top of the line garden security. This spear is foldable but yet very durable and even has a built-in blade heater for more versatility in wooden environments.

During CAIN's training phase, Sidney Turner upgraded one of the ship AI's hands with self-heating flame modules primarily intended for welding work. After the pirate invasion, the new tool was modified into a flaming hand of destruction, capable of burning any and all opposition to a crisp.

A silvery GAIA Lancer matching the memorial statue in front of Liang Wei Hospital, gifted by the Gideon family to the hospital (alongside a sizeable monetary donation). The statue was corrupted by Brother Eli as he made his way to ascend the quarantine wall surrounding Jericho City.
