Brother Eli prefers to convert supplicants to the path of the Spark through charisma and good works, but he knows that, sadly, many will only open their eyes when forced to do so. Eli knows that such actions are regrettable but necessary, as many of the most zealous Children only joined the Spark after Eli shattered their bones and ordered them rebuilt - body and soul - in the halls of the sacred cathedral.
